I have just had a conservatory fitted and I think I chose the worst company in west Yorkshire.

Well just one of many faults with it was the side door was sticking and because of this my wife found it impossible to lock, after reporting it they came a week later to adjust it, well I've never bean so horrified in my life before, the fitter removed the glass beading inside then forced a tool between the glass and the frame and with all his strength forced the frame up and put 2 packings between the glass and the frame then replaced the beading , after this he removed some plastic wedges that I thought guided the door, when asked why he said they were only used for transporting the doors, is this right?
