Cos he gets in bother when he goes for a crap in the ladies lol. He was talking about how he checks out the workmanship when out an about and stops for a slash.

What was he thinking :D

It's a plumbers thing..

Completely off-topic, I know. But as we're being flippant.

First they came for the "W's", and I did nothing. (Who's taken the "W's"?)
Now they've come for the "N's"

We should make a stand now and stop them from taking the "N's"!

Like surströmming and Harðfiskur and Kútmagar. Yum not! and I've tried 2 of them.

There's also something called sour bird, which I believe is puffin or similar buried in permafrost feet up, it's ready when the feet come off apparently. I'm salivating at the thought.

Never come across that one...

Had smoked puffin in Vestmannaeyjar though...

And raw Minke Whale (smoked carpaccio) is incredibly good...

Balut from the Philippines. Yuk

I did try Andouille sausage from Brittany on a Galette.

I was thinking it would be a spicy sausage....wrong it looks like onion rings, but is actually intestine sliced up. My dog loved it!

(not to be confused with the American andouille).

However, the point you make is whataboutery.
That's something you often say when your hypocrisy or logic-free inconsistencies are exposed. It never works.

I said very clearly I disagree with killing or injuring for fun. Bird shooting is primarily a sport first and foremost, ie for fun.
There is a problem with birds being wasted, and that I disagree with, but not the basic principle of enjoying the challenge of shooting them.

Deerstalking is a difficult and time consuming business, but given that culling is necessary (and will be until we successfully re-introduce apex predators), what's wrong with people taking pride in and getting pleasure from their ability do do it?

If there was a scale for happiness, where would you prefer those who work in commercial slaughterhouses to be on it?

What of sheep farmers? They don't kill the animals they raise, but they are an integral part of the system, they raise the animals to be killed. What pleasure would you permit them to get from their way of life?

What about fishing. It used to the nations most favorite sport. I don't know if it still is.

Getting pleasure from killing defenseless creatures? Everything is wrong with that.
