Israel under attack

Give them there state
So they can have an Iranian / mad mullers embassy next door bringing weapons and explosives in there diplomatic luggage ??

Jeez us would you want some total
Mad fruit cake living next door to you ? Hell bent on killing you ? With diplomatic / plod immunity ?

Jeez us they got enough lunatics on there border now let alone having yet more of the fruit cakes
There's plenty of mad lunatics in Israel and they hold the political balance...

The ultra right settlers and hasidic jews are just as bad as hamas given the atrocities they are all committing in the name of 'our imaginary friend is better than yours' pathetic belief !

I agree there are lunatics in Isreal seem to see them standing in front of a wall nodding there heads whilst reading some book

But
At least the said lunatics in Isreal
Can actually get voted out of government which is more than can occur with the lunatics in Tehran ???

Fortunately UK politics does not do religion

Well not at the moment

If we are not careful it will start to creep in via the potential lunatics coming into the UK ??

I am satisfied with the overwhelming evidence which includes quotes from the press conference which match the charter exactly.

If you are waiting for a verified signed statement from the Hamas leadership you'll probably be waiting a while.

Radio Five Live, 1025 today.

BBC Security Correspondent, Frank Gardner.

I've not transcripted his words verbatim, so I've not put them in quotation marks.

Hamas' 1988 charter - which has never been amended - does not allow for the existence of the state of Israel; they want - along with Iran - the annihilation of Israel as a state, and the land "between the river Jordan and the Mediterranean to be palestinian".

From Article Seventeen:
The Moslem woman has a role no less important than that of the moslem man in the battle of liberation. She is the maker of men. Her role in guiding and educating the new generations is great. The enemies have realised the importance of her role. They consider that if they are able to direct and bring her up they way they wish, far from Islam, they would have won the battle. That is why you find them giving these attempts constant attention through information campaigns, films, and the school curriculum, using for that purpose their lackeys who are infiltrated through Zionist organizations under various names and shapes, such as Freemasons, Rotary Clubs, espionage groups and others, which are all nothing more than cells of subversion and saboteurs. These organizations have ample resources that enable them to play their role in societies for the purpose of achieving the Zionist targets and to deepen the concepts that would serve the enemy. These organizations operate in the absence of Islam and its estrangement among its people. The Islamic peoples should perform their role in confronting the conspiracies of these saboteurs. The day Islam is in control of guiding the affairs of life, these organizations, hostile to humanity and Islam, will be obliterated.

In an interview a BBC journalist made the distinction of Hezbollah being a Nationalist organisation while Hamas was more Ideological, and reading that link makes me think she has a good point. They're closer to ISIS in outlook, although consider themselves to be of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Article 17 makes clear the reasons why the Taliban place such importance on the role of women in their society.

Why do people forget that the state of Israel itself was created in the mandate of Palestine by terrorist groups designated as such by the british?

Some of those terrorists became elected leaders of Israel and drove out the palestians...

Is that different from the current government in Gaza?

Looking back in time is the problem. Things need to change substantially if things are to move forward. There is no other way.

Yep piers Morgan former editor of the mirror

Remind me was it not on his shift that dodgy photos were printed depicting British troops torturing ? Mis treating prisoners ?? That turned out to be porkie pies and false ?

Bloke is a s**t imo of the highest order

Blimey now we have thousands of hamas supporters shouting for jihad on the streets of London now

Plus some black flags being waved

Blimey perhaps buffoon Johnson had some fore sight when he bought them water canons ??

Pretty much the best journalism

That Bassam Youssef certainly has a dry sense of humour.

"Palestinians are very difficult to kill, I know this because I'm married to one. Every time I try to kill her she uses the kids as human shields".

Thought he was a stand up comedian, trained as a heart surgeon in Egypt and then went into satire later in life.

He raises some valid points such as West Bank still gets bombed despite no Hamas presence so removing Hamas isn't a guarantee to the end of hostilities, but like the rest of us, he doesn't have a solution.

Indeed...

The main problem is that in the here and now the state of Israel is going to seize all Palestinian land or bomb them out of existence...

And the west supports them without question, hence the raison d'etre of hamas however wrong they are!

Sue-Ellen is now saying that uttering the word 'jihad' should be a criminal offence...

Look it up and then explain why!

Netanyahu (sic?) and his cronies must surely realise that they'll never achieve that; they'll only strengthen the palestinian's resolve.

And the west supports them without question, hence the raison d'etre of hamas however wrong they are!

From what I can see, Hamas don't give much regard to the palestinians per se; the ideology and the land is their main raison d'.....

Like it or not, the word has a very loaded meaning in the UK.

Yes, I know the literal translation is "struggle".
