If it's a fair solution to palestinians, Israel will not accept it. if it's a loaded against Palestininas Hamas will not accept it.

the problem is that Hamas are being funded and lead by external pressures who are using them to stir up trouble for Israel and the West

Israel is also being funded by USA, UK, etc. But you refuse to acknowledge the terrorism ccommitted by Israel over decades.

Hamas dont care about Palestinians or a peaceful solution, they want to commit acts of terror, its what these people do

And the state of Israel is a democracy. They elected the right wing government, which is currently led by a potential far-rigth criminal. What did they expect?
Their leader is now issuing orders for even more war crimes to be committed.
It's what they voted for. Just like Gaza voted for Hamas.
