I abhor unnessary deaths - Israelis and Palestinians - it's not a game to see who can rack up most deaths.

It's the reduction of life to numbers.

There is just too much animosity.

It's always been about numbers and it's always been about the possibility of collateral damage. If terrorism is surrendered to, the price paid in deaths will be far higher than the numbers we're seeing.
That's why all major govts have the same policy with terrorists, I'm not sure why you think Israel should be an exception.

This doesn't make sense. How did they know there are tunnels there? Where did they suddenly get this information from? They had a massive information lapse on the original attacks and now suddenly they have actionable information?

The Palestinian red crescent say 25 civilians were killed, which means the rest of the dead(more than half) are terrorists hiding amongst them, so in Israels eyes a legitimate target.

And expect a certain amount will be syphoned off by hamas ?

14 billion in arms ( ?) aid to Isreal
