And if everybody had been aware of more facts, then it might not have been a 50/50 result. People didn't vote on facts, I think that has been established.

The clowns Farage, Davis, Fox, Gove etc said negotiating a deal would be a 'walk in the park' - I've posted a link to Davis pre Brexit tweets. Either they were delusional or lying. I will give them the benefit of doubt and say they were delusional. They still don't understand what being part of the EU is, that's why there hasn't been much progress. Those advocating for a hard brexit means just that - everything stops - trade, planes, trains. That's the facts.

Probably not - all the headlines in the mainstream papers talked about immigration and saving the NHS.
My decision was based on what the level headed experts were saying at the time, not what the drum beating, bus slogan, right wing papers were telling us.
It's all about marketing, propaganda and having the loudest voice though. That's politics. And now, history is being rewritten, as it always is, was suggestion that "remainers never warned us!". Well, they did. You just didn't listen.
T'was ever thus.

The status quo is in common usage for a reason.
People generally don't like change.
Which is why, in my opinion of course, the Remain "campaign" was beyond pathetic. It took a nailed-on cert, and nobbled it.
