Melvin Benn has in the past defended The Mary Wallopers and Kneecap. So there really is no surprise that he invited Kane West over.

However Kneecap and the Wallopers dont have Donald Trump as their number one fan. So I can only imagine thats the motive of it all going very wrong For Mr Benn.

I think its time he returned to the wardrobe..

I was just reminded that there were calls to block Alice Cooper from entering the country to promote Schools Out. The Beeb used to block anything that had a whiff of immorality about it. I don’t buy the “separate the artist from the art” mantra. Kanyea is one and the same thing. Banning him, financially harms the festival, whilst the record companies continue to profit. A bit of a double standard.
