Keyless chuck with hammer drill?

My DeWalt hammer drill needs a new chuck. Will a keyless chuck work with hammer action? Or should I stick with keyed one?
 
Either or, is this a small 240v or a cordless perhaps?...pinenot :)
 
all my drills are keyless
the all metal chucks seem to be a bit more reliable but the plastic ones only loosen occasionally
i am talking ryobi dewalt and bosch blue here about 12 in total
