Hello,

Fitting my kitchen currenty (B&Q jobbie) and have found a correct size corner post to complete it.
But not sure how it should fit?
It meets 2 1000mm base units, but which photo is correct?
The left side is sink cupboard and the right cupboard is half buried in the corner.

Thanks.

Put doors on either side of corner post and see what looks and finishes best with the style of doors you have ?

It would be worth filling in the side and bottom of the corner unit as items could fall off the shelf and be lost forever underneath the unit. Use extra lengths of corner post

B&Q do a blanking panel for just that purpose :)

It's the 1st photo, so that when the doors are closed they are flush with the surface of the post.
The 2nd picture will result in a tall narrow recess next to the door.

Do you mean the other way round?? :)

Thanks

Doors in green.

The correct way which has the door surfaces flush with the post.

Or the wrong way which leaves a gap in the corner.
