My mixer tap is a Carron Phoenix Aztec. Just replaced the cartridges to stop a Drip and seems to be a success. However, The spout was also leaking from the Base so I also purchased a repair kit comprising 2 x new O Rings and a Fibre split washer . The tap is still leaking from the Base of the spout. I made sure to clean out the insets where the O rings seat and took great care not to damage them when fitting. Also gave a smear of silicone grease. This taps about 10 years old. If its leaking after fitting new parts is it Goosed or is there something else I can try
