Kitchen wall cabinet Cornice close to ceiling

Hello All

Just wondering how I'm going to fix this as I won't be able to get a drill above the wall cabinets to screw down.

Then I thought about just sticking it on as its out of reach and is supported underneath anyway. Maybe even using silicone so it can be removed easily.

Would that be a real bodge or ok - what would you do ?

Screw up from the inside.

stick the mitred corners together with mitre bond, and blob it on to the top of the unit with clear silicone.
