knobs on my gas hob won't turn

I have an Ariston Gas hob, and two of the knobs are stuck. are there any diy tips to sort them out or will i need a new hob?

no. 1 and 2.

no. 3 was stuck when i was cooking and i had to turn the main gas supply off, but i was able to turn the knob back.

Knobs on gas appliances being hard to turn or stuck completely, normally indicate the black grease in the taps on the appliance has dried out, two ways to put this right, not diy i'm afraid, the way i would go would be fit new taps, the other way, take out each tap, dismantle and re grease, either way its a fitters job.
