so it's been freezing cold and our boiler now has an L2 error and refuses to work. i assume this is because our condensation pipe has frozen. the problem is, i can't physically reach it because our boiler is in the loft and the condensation pipe runs outside the house (i.e. up near the roof and into a drain pipe). is there any other way of thoring it out? could i turn the boiler off, disconnect the condensation pipe, and pour warm water down it?

thanks in advance

As a temporary fix, you may be able to pull the condi pipe from under the boiler and let it run into a bowl until it thaws.

As above ru it into a bucket untill you can do a permanent repair, you can run hot water down it but it will just freeze again

thanks for your replies, but it's working now. it must have thawed out enough to reset the boiler.
