My neighbours gardener asked me if I would look at the blower as she described it as no throttle.
The throttle has little movement when I operate it.
Handle removed & I can see that the plastic trigger part is right next to the plastic trim meaning as soon as I operate the trigger the plastic trim is acting like a wall and stopping the plastic trigger ever moving any further.
I’ve taken off the starter recoil part & the little lever on the carb I assume maybe inside is attached to a butterfly moves fine by hand & a nice distance.
The throttle trigger has a rod attached which feeds its way down past the carb & attaches itself to the opposite side of the carb lever mentioned. Moving the throttle trigger I see little movement on the carb lever but when I operate the carb lever by hand it moves at least twice as much.
Do these have a common issue with this fault or can you see something that I can’t.
