We've been through that already

We've been through it ad nauseam.
Unfortunately europhile remoaners cannot accept the referendum result as it didn't provide the answer they wanted.
Booohoooooohooohoo.

If it vexes you so badly then start campaigning for another referendum with the strict proviso on the "leave" option....
"only on remoaners terms" :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

We could call it the losers back stop amendment.

When you leave something thats a clean break.

Norway is not a member of the EU.

Turkey is not a member of the EU

Switzerland is not a member of the EU

Canada is not a member of the EU

Somalia is not a member of the EU.

You want the Somalia option. Nobody campaigned for that and nobody voted for it.

You have no right to try to force it on the nation.

Uh, but none of those have been a member of the EU?

On the same logic, why do you feel that remainers have the right to force their will on the nation, especially given the fact they were on the losing side of a national referendum.

We voted IN to the common market/EEC or whatever you want to call it. That was basically just trade, not the current EU which we voted OUT. Two different things.
You do realise that by the time we joined the EEC the principle of European law had already been established, or didn't you?

What do you mean by 'established', as far as I can see it wasn't part of the treaty of Rome, Maastricht 1992 seems to be the start of all that malarkey.

What I was very impressed with was the clear attitudes on both sides as to what will / may ??? be allowed for Scotland, [ a few crumbs off the fat cats tables ] Scotland is a sovereign nation in its own right. Really impressed with the dictate casually handed down by both.

England "appear" or so it seems to be reported on the good old BBC to be clammering / demanding to leave the EU, ok fine. Why cant Scotland leave the Union, there are several similarities in the positions, and yes I remember Scotland voted to stay in the EU?

Real parity in the two " LEAVE" positions, or is there???

Good old Boris :sneaky:

Will. Get Brexit done ;). With out the UK the EU will. Go. Down the collective toilet ;)

The days of being pushed around by Leider hosen deck chair hoggers

Leave was on the ballot paper. When you leave something thats a clean break.

Fantasyland

The UK exports £280b of trade to EU
We will not be dropping from frictionless trade down to equivalent trade status as Venezuela.
