We have a house that was build around 2013 with an in roof solar installation.
Recently water has started to ingress from the bottom of the solar installation. A similar issue happened a few years ago and a roofer put lead flashing under the existing degraded flashing that was originally used.
The problem is back and worse than previously. I have attached a picture of the panel installation. Does the detailing look correct? Where might the water be coming in from, and is this something a roofer needs to look at or a solar installer?
