Hi, I’m new around here but I was just wondering if anyone would be able to give some advice. The black part in the picture is leaking and I was wondering if anyone knew what the exact name of this part was and if it would be possible to replace myself? I have replaced the motorised valves in the past with the help of you tube videos. I was just wondering if this would be possible to do myself too....

No, you can't do it yourself. Its the combination valve for an unvented hot water system, and as such requires a plumber with a G3 qualification to work on it.
