The outer ring likely twists off to relamp, you proberly did not need to remove from the ceiling.
Its not always the lamp faulty so try a new lamp in just the lampholder first
Not sure thats an led lamp

The large chrome bezel unscrews from the main body of the fitting. The bezel is the whole thing that you can see ,when it's in place in the ceiling.
Pretty much as 333 rocky says

It is an IP rated one. It will be tight but you need to pull the lip straight downwards and it comes out of the other section. It will feel like a snap motion when you push it back in. They will feel tight, but no screw or turn required, straight pull out of the other section. You may have found it easier to pull when in the ceiling, you do not have to remove from the ceiling just get fingers under the rim and pull, it is held in with two sprung loaded clips, not quite the same as the ones on the back but they clamp against the inside of the round meatal or often plastic part. You are correct it will feel like its stuck, thats because its IP65 and its the seal.

This is a similar much cheaper manufacturered version of what you have but very siimilar clips holding the inner.
