LED Spotlights in ensuite not working properly

We have 5 LED spotlights in our ensuite, 2 of them work from one switch and the other 3 from another switch.
The 2 work fine and always have.
The 3 are a problem, 1 of the 3 started flashing intermittently whilst the other 2 were on (a bit disco like!), this happened for a while and occasionally all 3 then worked OK. But recently it's now the other way round, the 1 that was flickering is now fine and the other 2 have gone out completely.
Does anyone know what this could be?
I am happy to replace 1 or all 3 if needed, just want to only replace what needs replacing, is that the original 1 (that was flickering at the start of the problem) that now appears fine, or do the 2 (that were fine at the start when the 1 was flickering) need replacing as they are now no longer working?

Loose connection in a ceiling rose, probably. Start with the one that is working.

Are the LED's mains voltage self-contained type or fed by electronic transformers?

My GU10 spot lights will start flashing when ready to be programmed in. Not a fault as such. Inside the lamp it can be complex but it can also be rather simple so there is no one cure fits all. And the complex bit can be inside the lamp, or part of a power supply.

So answer @Scally-Ho first, are we looking at 12 volt or 230 volt? Is there any dimming switch? and are the units "Smart"?

I don't think so, the house was brand new 5 years ago when we moved in, only been playing up the last 6 months

This is the light working, this is the light that was initially flashing.... the other 2 (further away, roughly in line) are the 2 that no longer work, but did when the initial problem of flickering started in the light that now works.....

Thank you - can I just check you mean the one that was initially the problem but now appears to be working as it should - thats the one I should replace? Even though that original flickering one has resulted in the other 2 (that were fine) not working at all?

It seems weird to me that the house was new 5 years ago, no-one has ever done anything with the lights. One starts to flicker, then rights itself and when it does it's stopped the other 2 from working, no-one has touched them in any way so I think the connections will be as they always have been. I fear it's going to be tricky and I'll need an expert.....thanks for trying to help
