Letting Agent Fees

Now I let 2 properties via a letting agent - I never bothered with what they charged the tenant only what they charged me. I have let other properties myself I tend to judge the person and their manners as a good indicator of whether they will be a good tenant and I do check with the previous landlord.

So after finding out some of the fees when I was just checking what properties are being let for I was shocked.

Why? They only charge for the luxury of you being lazy and stupid
