I had to get some new drains fitted which required digging up the old concrete path in the garden, the works been done and the concrete laid, but theres a couple of slight shallow spots the water sits in...

Is there a way of resolving this without redoing the concrete?

Can it be skimmed over to raise height slightly or would it be no good?

Thanks

Cut out 1" deep pockets where the ponding occurs, fill these with smaller stone concrete and blend them in - seemples -...pinenot :)

Perhaps an extremely long time.
Skimmed a mixture of cement , sand and unibond over 24sq/m of old spalled concrete in my back yard and its survived the winter so far.
Just a few millimeters deep. Very strong mixture.
Sticks like shyte to a blanket.

A very strong grout we make a lot is 2 cement, 1 silver sand, and water and unibond 50/50.
