A rare , poor example , not even in this country ,of a time when someone , not distracted ,didn’t get into an accident , not instigated by themselves.
The question would have been did the speed from the no brakes car ,or the fact that the driver of the car that it hit was arguably distracted cause their deaths?
And are more deaths caused by people with momentary concentration lapses while stationary or by people speeding ?
