Lining paper

not sure how easily the wallpaper on top will cover these gaps.

It may depend a bit on the thickness/quality of the paper, etc. Have a good look at it after hanging the first bit.

Sorry to bring this thread back to life but if i use easi fill (gypsum?) to fill the small gaps, when I apply the top wallpaper, would the paste not soften the easi fill, causing issues?

Use Toupret powder filler (around £7-8 for a 2kg box), better and safer.
