Liverpool Man Sentenced

No, I didn't miss this islam-copycat car ramming Carmen, you will probably find my comments about in threads from the time of the incident.

My theory on why he did it... anger, as others have said, but anger over something prior, which intensified when the football crowds started "getting in his way", and having low impulse control, he ran amok.

I live not far from a major football ground and there have been times when I've driven into town at the wrong time, not realising there's a match on. You get near the ground and find yourself surrounded by the crowds in their hundreds. Annoying, but there's nowt you can do but wait.
I knew you'd comment sooner or later....

This is not just a case about criminal charges. It is about accountability, healing, and the need to protect public spaces from violence, no matter how unexpected its source.

First, the far right tried to pin it on immigrants. Then the police, knowing what happened last time they tried this, revealed he was a 53-year-old white man. And now we know why the far right was so desperate to lie and distract. He is one of their own.

I think that's you.

The thugs are easy to spot. They are the ones attacking the building and the police.

Don't you have ANY standards?
What makes you think that the police are not antagonising them. You cannot base your accusations of them being thugs from a snapshot showing the result of being harrassed by the police

But you can tell they are not thugs and are being harassed by the police

Do you never stop and think ?

Why don't you support law and order? It's what sets the UK apart. It's what I'm proud of. Thuggery isn't what we stand for. Not true Brits anyway

I agree but not the people in the photos, they are not thugs, they look like frightened rabbits to me.
