There's a couple over our allotment who have a plot. They can literally walk out of their back garden gate and they are on their plot. They have a small shed on the allotment with an extension lead running from their house. They call it the 'tea hut'. They are very kind and friendly and at weekends they always make tea for everyone, around mid-morning and they always give those biscuits out. I've chipped in now and then by buying some tea bags and those biscuits. I’m surprised at how cheap they are.
