Because chocolate biscuits are subject to VAT and cakes aren't. So HMRC and McVities went to court to decide whether they were cakes or biscuits.

My rule is, if it drops on the carpet, then it’s not dirty.
If it drops on the tiles or anyplace where people wear shoes then it’s washed or goes in the bin depending on what it is.
No bullsh1t 3 second rule for me or whatever it is.
