Building a trailer for camping stuff... It needs to be dry inside b

It's a metal frame with timber roof.
I need to put some sort of vinyl/Epdm/ membrane on the roof to keep the water out.

Any ideas on an affordable solution??
Needs to be thin durable and waterproof(and not look like crap,)!!

I was thinking of that carbon wrap people use in their cars but as I've never seen it I'm not sure it will stick to wood and if its durable enough.
Many thanks
Marty.

I think Marley Modern tiles on your trailer roof would look nice .
Would be the poshest trailor in Ireland .
OG gutter fitted to the sides too--would look real class.

Epdm is an option but quite heavy and not very pretty.Glass fibre is a lightweight option but more expensive.

Any laquer that can go on ply to waterproof it??

Dint think I'll be going the Marley route... :) !!
