Hi there,

I have a manhole in my lawn which I would like to lower and replace the lid with something like a "Grass-Top Recessed Cover".

Does anyone have any experience in this, who would do such a task? A Builder?

Thank you in advance,

Chris

as above but you can prep the job for a brickie or easy to do yourself..

have everythin on site first thing in mornin. includin correct size m/h an frame.
fix the new lawn height.
clear soil fromround the m/h.
remove the old cover.
protect inside the m/h to stop debris droppin.
remove the frame.
lower the brick courses to a couple of courses below the new ht.
bring up the brickwork and sand an cement benching enough to set the new frame in the semi-dry mortar at the right height.
when its dry enough carefuly place the cover.
