Hi
I'm planning to add MC5+ cleaner to the system as there is a lot of sludge & rust.
My concern is that since magnaclean is fitted to flow, the boiler may end up with debris and create problems.
I'm planning to drain the system in a week's time and at that point will change the pipework. Currently, its wrongly installed where its magnaclean first on flow then the rads and lastly the unvented cylinder where there are two valves (CH/HW), been running like this floor 4 years. I will change this so its unvented cylinder first or rads (CH/HW valves/S-plan), then go through rads and lastly magnaclean.

Question is ok to run the cleaner first or I should definitely sort the pipework before cleaning?
Thanks.
