There are quote a few that look similar to your photo but have different names / labels on. [Teams, Boilermate, Salus] The version I cleaned I did as follows:
1. Switch off the heating and allow the system to cool.
2. Turn off both black ball valves so that the operating handles are horizontal.
3. Drain the water from the bottom valve into a receptacle.
4. Whilst supporting the top section so that it doesn't twist, unscrew the bottom section and lower it to access the filter.

...just to add - the Deutsch phone number is for Sentinel, so it may be something like the Sentinel Eliminator Quadra-Cyclone / TotalGuard.
