if your service fuse has nothing wrote on it , how can you tell the type?
also
if its rated at 60a how can this cover 2x 32 3x6 1x45 1x40 breakers which comes to 167a, even with diversity wouldnt this be more than fuse can handle?

Ring the DNO and ask them.

Maybe that installation happens to use less than diversity estimates, or they have been lucky to keep overloads to below the rupturing point of the fuse.
 
is it poss to remove fuse from its carrier to see whats wrote on or are they sealed?
 
They should be sealed.

I presume you know all the usual legal and safety implications of interfering with equipment which belongs to the distributors?
 
yeah just curious as how you would do it if you were at job and filling in eic
 
You would either enquire from the DNO, or you would state on your certificate that this information was not available.
