Not so.

My op was done under local. One jab in the right testicle but unfortunately, the other needed 3....

However, he only cut the s crotum once, centrally and applied the microwave desiccator to both tubes from there.

Smelt like burnt pork chop...

I thought you could have DIY with your tile cutter :wink:

I had it done about 20years ago, nowt to worry about I just felt some pulling/tugging was up the ladder window cleaning the following day

Start taking Arnica tablets two weeks before - helps with the post-op swelling and general tenderness :shock:.
 
Herbal tablets is hardly quackery you prat. What's more, they actually work.
