
Thanks for the answer, yes 100 each side. What in trying to work out is of there's a way to make them fairly quickly using a mitre saw rather than a jigsaw for instance?

I had to make some a few years back, made a jig on a sled and pushed them through the table saw, seemed to remember it took ages to set up the jig, but once set up they were easy and quick to do. accurate and repeatable
not sure if using sled is a safe thing to do so check with health and safety first !

to best achieve what you are aft I'm planning to make about 20 x100mm each side hexagons for someone using either a mitre saw or table saw, they are for wall decoration I believe. Thanks. The video put up by someone is great but I can't see a way to choose what size you want the hexagon?
