Microbore warm radiator problem

make sure you change the Tees on the 22mm to have 15mm on the branch and swap the rad valves while you have the system drained a combi set of Thermostatic radiator valve and lockshield valve are only around £10 or less so just do it

Yep. I would upgrade the bore to that rad alone, to 15mm. Change the valves to something like Primes which are Trv4 lookalikes.
Being in the conservatory it needs to get warmer than the others.

"Primes" ?

I am not familiar with them.

Are they liquid filled like the TRV4 ?

Where are they sold?

I get them from my local counter... I'll dig out a box and post details coz a Google doesn't seem to throw them up!

I currently have the same issue as you, only my microbore is 3/8ths, I increased to 15mm, Radiator still doesn't reach ****ing temperature, even with all rads off. FML
