Mixing Old Velux (S06) With New Flashing (SK06)

Hi,

I've been searching all over the Web, and cannot seem to find the answer.

Can I use SK06 flashing with S06 windows?

Currently I have a hole in my roof with a S06 going in (ebay bargain), and a brand new flashing. Just clocked the 'new generation' sticker and don't want to open the box now!
