Agile is correct as far as some points but some unvented coils will need 14kw plus just to warn you in your boiler selection so as a rule I wouldn't fit a system boiler full stop but a regular with a shunt on the return then make it sealed externally, with a mix that you have I usually fit a low loss header with blending valves on the returns also, so the boiler is easier to set and balance hence making it more efficient to run the rads, ufh and finally the cylinder.
