Modern equivalent of old flourescent tube Osram L40W/23

Cannot seem to find a replacement for a fluorescent tube light - it's an Osram L40W/23.

What could I buy that will fit? It's 4 foot long and about 38 mm diameter. And about 30 years old....

Modern tubes are 25mm/1 inch dia.

It's a T12 tube i.e. 12/8" diameter.

I honestly don't know how the sheds get away with the margins they do on tubes!

Even when the wolesaler is playing the "Rip off the DIYer who only wants one sodding lamp" game, they'd still beat the shed prices!
