More Drone activity at Gatwick

14 year old kid with an early Xmas present?
Well the school term has just finished.
Apparently such a drone could be controlled from anywhere in the world?
Did you not see a single one of the news reports that it's an "industrial" drone, not a toy?

Yet with all these people and all this attention no actual video or pictures of the drones?
I find it strange that all the might of plod, a sophisticated airport system, and now the army have failed to stop the disruption...
Maybe a practice run for 11pm, 29/03/19 ?

I dont, the police in this country are useless parasites who spend most of their time preying on the public to make money for government coffers, it's hardly surprising they have been totally ineffective here .
The army being drafted in could mean anything, one person whose trained in special technical or a few dozen grunts on the ground, no confirmation on this.
The problem here isn't the drones, the legislation already exists prohibiting what has happened. The problem is Gatwick's lackluster security.

It’s very odd. The coastguard can pin point you fairly accurately if you transmit on a VHF without DSC, but nobody seems to know where this drone is being controlled from.
On the news this morning they are saying the perpetrators are using sophisticated technology to hide their location.
I would have thought a chopper with a decent paint ball gun would be safe to use

Typical moaner. I bet that would be the same useless parasites who you would be the first to call if you were burgled/had you car stolen/were under threat of physical attack.....

Sorry mate that's not my experience of the police, wish I could say otherwise. If you have friends or family that are in the force I apologise for any hurt my comments might cause but it won't change my opinion one iota I'm afraid.
I didn’t say they were perfect or adequately funded but that doesn’t make them useless parasites.
I've never known them to investigate any crimes I've reported. I don't think funding is the problem. It's the police culture in this country which is rotten to the core. They are useless parasites in my view. Not sure what I'm moaning about either?... It's my opinion.
