Hot water for showering is generally around the 43-45deg mark, you wouldn't get in a bath of 60 deg water, with a new build requiring a blending valve anyway (agile-you blend at point of use not source!!!)
I think I've got it nailed, I've set it to heat up before use in the AM at 68deg C. Set 20 deg setback, so if it goes below 48deg, it just heats it to 55deg. I've had friends over, 4 adult showers in the morning, along with kids sharing a bath in the morning, kids bath in the evening. Worked a treat and seems to use the least pellets like this while providing enough water.
