Sorry Sooey I got to disagree with you on this one, Sombreo wasn't making a fuss about the McCanns, they have not been found guilty by any court that I'm aware yet Joe would not let it drop, that was the problem, 16 pages he ranted on & on, yes he's entitled to his opinion but I think he overstepped the mark, hopefully the police will turn up something one day, until that day I think Joe should reign it in a bit and have a bit of compassion for the poor child.

It sounds like it but she also does her Masters this year and gets paid 12.5K (again tax free). Never realised they paid that much. I thought it was about a hundred quid - not over £300 tax free. She isn't in it for the money. She's a genuine student who wants to learn. She'll always put more in that she takes out.

She can also earn extra dosh teaching the undergrads as many hours as she likes at about ten pounds per hour.

My stance is this.. Joe, I'm pleased for your daughter that she's doing well (why wouldn't I be?), and I hope my sons achieve a similar level ..

But I take issue with your dismissal of Maddie's situation based on a notion that her parents are guilty !!

I want the authorities (to which I pay taxes to) to do everything to find the poor child, as I would If it were my child... that's what we do as responsible, powerful grown ups.

Joe's stance is... well they left her in a room a mile away from their bar they got completely legless in, and left the patio door open... All exaggerated and opinionated.

At this point I'm not concerned about how the McCanns feel... (I wouldn't want to be them) but I want every effort to find the poor girl.
