Again I skim read but assumed U just had this installed ?
It means he didn't have it on full rate. Could be undersized gas pipe or slow cold main, but the numbers don't add up.
This boiler was on released from the manufacturer this month.

Can I press some buttons on the boilar? And find the right figures
I live on a send floor flat, water pressure not good and flow rate not good either, thats why i wanted a 22mm dedicated mains water for the boiler. Not sure about the gas pressure
I don't have the manuals for it yet. Maybe @shambolic could email me copies? But the tests the guy carries out for the benchmark book need an analyser and measuring water flow rates.
