New Electric oven

Hi,

I've just bought a new electric oven rated at 3.15KW with fuse rating
of 16Amps.

What size cable do I need from the consumer unit ?

My old oven used a 6mm cable, can I just use this with a 16Amp circuit
breaker.

I'm sure the 6mm cable is more than sufficient.

What about the cable between the oven and the Double Pole switch ? There is a gas hob above the oven and the manual recommends heat resistant cable up to 85 degrees.

how about this

the 1.5mm equivilent is just about within rateing but when running behind an oven all the time i would say the 2.5mm stuff is a safer bet

is the 6mm cable from a fused spur?

or direct to the ccu?
