Hi,
I've just had some new seamless aluminium guttering and cast aluminium downpipes installed.
The gutter on the left side apex was wooden and rotten, it had a cast iron swan neck connecting it to the lower gutter.
I was told the gutter and downpipe arrangement had been left the same, but the swan neck has been removed and not replaced.
Presumably the gutter now has fall towards the roof. Will this be an issue as I think it will handle a fair volume of water. Which may be best diverted away from the roof, eaves and wall flashings below?
Thank you in advance.
