New Ideal Logic+ Combi 35 - No Central Heating

Hi, wonder if anyone can help.
I had a new Ideal logic+combi 35, fitted 3 days ago. All was well until today when I cant get any central heating but can get hot water. The boiler ignites then shuts straight off.
The display is saying "no communication to main board"
ideal cant come out until thursday. Just wondered if it is something simple, like maybe me not operating it correctly.

You could link out external controls, to see if it's a boiler fault
