Sometimes achievable, sometimes not. Same old story.
New latop/tracker and performance measures is just a way or getting rid of poor performing engineers I think. Quite a few will be under the performance programme or whatever they are calling it once the 3months figures are calculated....
it doesnt really matter, you know it will be changed again in a years time.
turn up, do 8 hours, go home.
supposedly im making top money according to TSM. its only replacing standby payments anyway so i cant say im overjoyed and neither are all the people who will be leaving this winter/spring.
