Just had a nice man come and fit central heating a new bathroom all double glazing loft insulation feed the dog and cat hoover the house paint and decorate the house all for £2.50 and a cup of tea, bit worried he might be a conman as he didn't give me back the pencil I lent him, should I contact watchdog or CORGI as I dont want to be ripped off
