Then you must be confused. You have to pay fir anything that you get from NICEIC.
Also NICEIC do not write the wiring regulations(despite what you have been told. )

The Wiring Regulations are written by the IET and you can download standard certificate and report forms from them.

Here is where they can be found. http://electrical.theiet.org/wiring-regulations/forms/2008.cfm?type=pdf

The IET ones are quite good (Well they should be as they write the regs).

Others, such as NICEIC follow that model and personalise it a bit.
You can still use the IET ones once you are a DI or approved contractor . The NICEIC do make that quite clear in their handbook although they would prefer you to use theirs because they are numbered/traceable and it makes them a shilling or two too

i want the free one,s that you download :D
You can only get samples, overprinted with the word "SAMPLE".

Or possibly "SPECIMEN" - it's been a while since I looked.

They used to be unprotected, so an app which edits PDF files could remove the overprint, but that would be very dodgy - I don't think it would do your assessment much good if you presented certificates which looked like genuine NICEIC ones when you aren't a member.

Use the IET ones, or something like these: http://www.electricaltestcertificates.co.uk/Electrical_Installation_Certificate.html
