night rates with Bulb

Still trying to get to the bottom of what this 2-rate tarriff with bulb is.
this is the "tarriff details" from Bulb energy. This is literally all I can find, but I think there ought to be some clause in the contract detailing how much night-rate is available in a 24 hour period... shouldnt there ?

What is missing is the day\night times, ie night rate is from 21.00 to 06.00

You must have an extremely accurate meter. I see they quote your estimated usage to 12 decimal places!
