:D Hi all new at this so please bear with me.

My landlord thinks that the problem i have is a simple one but i would like some advice from the pros on this matter -

The problem im having is that although my rads work perfectly well as soon as i turn on my hot tap (any of them) or my washing machine my boiler faults and everything shuts down

I have no pressure in my boiler and my landlord thinks this is the problem. The make of my boiler is a worcester 24i/28i junior series gas fired combination i think. I have no knowledge of plumbing whatsoever.

Is there any one that can offer any advice pls let me know thnx :D

That loop isn't WRAS approved! :?

Doesn't have double check on cold water side of loop.

Is the Worcester range filled via a plastic key :?: :D
yes i think it is it is although to be honest im in no way sexist but im whats classed as a typical women when it comes to plumbing lol and i cant find one of those things that you told me to look for sorry i must sound really dense :([/quote]

Junior series can have the optional filling link, which is the same as the cdi series only a smaller key.

oops   should have read all the way through

i stand corrected

13.3 Remove the key from the bottom panel and insert into the
filling loop. Refer to Fig. 32 and 33.
Open the mains cold water inlet valve .
Turn the key clockwise to unlock the filling loop.
The system will fill.
Vent each radiator in turn. The automatic air vent will vent the
appliance.
It is very important that the appliance and system are fully
vented and that all air pockets are removed.
Remove the cap from the pump and turn the shaft about half a
turn. Replace the cap. Refer to Fig. 34.
