Well the gutters overlap so somebody is oversailing somebody else's boundary?

I don't suppose this could be along the lines of what happened recently in Rotherham, could it?
 
there will be several similar disputes in every area throughout the country but few will be news worthy as real things off importance will have taken place
whilst its worth a mention within a few streets off where it happened beyond that its unimportant to the rest off the country :confused:
 
I think the possibility of councils failing to act fairly due to the fear of being accused of 'racism' is of concern to us all.
